Peach Yogurt Pops
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 cup low fat or fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup liquid honey
Combine peaches and yogurt in blender. Begin to process. While processing, add
in a slow stream. Process until smooth. Pour into Popsicle molds. Insert
Popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm.
For 6 servings: 92 calories, 0.6 g fat, cholesterol 2 mg. sodium 30 mg.
